Work in Europe Preparation Project (WEPP) Africa
What is our aim
Our short, medium and long term objectives is to address people who already have an European passport but leaving outside the EU. Secondly, Because people will be working remotely in their own countries any skilled professional is welcome.
We intend to use WEPP to encourage young professionals that they can be productive in their own countries while earning a decent income. Our aim is to create a permanent professional source of qualified labour to be temporarily or permanently deployed to work remotely for their European and North American employers.
Those presented to European and North American employers should if required be able to learn a second language for the European country where their employer in based in Europe. For ICT jobs and for jobs from UK, Ireland, Canadian and US companies second language skill may not be applicable.
They will also be trained concerning cultural norms and values in their employers countries despite the current remote nature of their employment.
In addition WEPP aims to assist European partner companies in establishing a system that is geared towards consistently delivering them qualified staff from developing countries.
What does the candidate gain
Applicants will have an opportunity to legally work in Europe and North America with training and assistance through respective WEPP programmes. They will be assigned to local European companies with the assistance of Government Agencies in Europe. Candidates will be given an opportunity to improve their skills and boost their careers, as they will be expected to eventually return to their home countries labor force.

WEPP offer Applicants the opportunity to improve their languages skills or learn a new language when applicable. We have a language school, as a partner that will address the language aspects of the program when required.
